Start by reproducing the failure from like_by_tag_interact_unfollow.py and trace the Firefox session setup through instapy/browser.py. Check the reported Selenium SessionNotCreatedException and the installed InstaPy 0.6.4 environment. Done means a freshly installed macOS setup can create the browser session and begin running the script.
