Issue starting script

Hi there i have a problem running instapy script for few weeks already - before it was working spotless

When i run any instapy script i get this as an output:

I am using currently Chrome Version 74.0.3729.169 because i thought its because of the new version of the Chrome but still no luck.

Tried to run as True and False for headless browser nothing changes

Also what I've noticed is that my jsonschema version is 3.0.2 and supported one is 3 and is not compatible with clarifai.
In the C:\Program Files (x86)\Python37-32\Lib\site-packages I have beside all other packages and this:
- jsonschema
- jsonschema-3.0.2.dist-info
- clarifai
- clarifai-2.6.2.dist-info

I'm running out of ideas, tried to reinstall everything but nothing
