AttributeError: 'list' object has no attribute 'lower'

Hello i just started to use this instapy script after 20 tutorials i get it how to fix it and make it work but this error come's up and it's annoying i found some solution to modify and add some lines in util.py but is not working it's still here.

Please help me out.
