Getting requirements to build wheel did not run succesfully

So I'm trying to install PyGLM, but i get an error. I've seen people have issues like this but not exactly this one, and nothing really worked. Does _anyone_ have a fix?
This is everything vsc responds to "pip install PyGLM"
