Can someone help me?

Start with docker_quickstart.py and the logged Selenium timeout, then inspect the HTML report at /tmp/20210719-192149.html. Determine why the cookie setup or element wait fails and why smart_run does not yield; done means the quickstart session completes without the reported timeout and RuntimeError.
