Feature Request: Follow Back

Hi everyone,

I think it would be a great addition to have the option, that the bot "follows back" people even if it doesn't fit the follow quota.

It would make it more realistic to because liking someones picture who follows you without following back is kind of weird.

Start by locating the repository's follow and follow-quota logic, then determine how the requested follow-back behavior should interact with that quota. Done should mean the bot can follow people who follow it even when the normal quota would prevent the action, with appropriate tests for both cases.
