When I try to run script for installing bot i always get this error can somebody help please:

Commencez par installation/MacOs/install.command, en particulier par l’avertissement du shell à la ligne 3, puis examinez le traceback de Python 2.7 pip 21.0 dans les logs. Reproduisez l’installateur sur la configuration macOS signalée et déterminez la combinaison de Python et pip prise en charge ; la tâche est terminée lorsque l’installateur s’exécute sans le SyntaxError signalé.
