Page not found when trying to use like_by_tags

I am trying to write a very simple bot that can log in and like and follow by tags. I wrote a custom code and it did not work (Picture of error below). I also tried running the quickstart code and got the same error.

Here is the code I wrote but as I said I am getting the same error with the quickstart.
