Uninstall instapy for a clean install

Hi, guys!

So, I'm new at this and all I can do is follow steps with tutorials. Recently, my personalized code quickstart stoped working due to the new update of Python (or at least that was what the code told me).

1) I made the update and it didn't work because it was trying to work with the last Python version
2) I deleted the folder containing everything of the older version an nothing
3) I uninstalled instapy, Python and everything I knew of, and when I tried again (after installing all the things required), the same error came up because it was trying to work with the past version of Python and not the new one.

I'm asking for help to make a fresh install because I'm not very much at home and I can't spend so many time troubleshooting :(

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the report; first reproduce the fresh-install failure with the current Python version and capture the exact error. Done means the installation completes and the personalized quickstart runs against the current Python version.
