Linux ARM packages are not compiled

ARM Linux modules fail (silently, which my be linked to #38). See RTK test e.g. [here](https://github.com/RTKConsortium/RTK/actions/runs/3910081483/jobs/6681868066). The error message is

I probably did something wrong but that's not obvious to me what...
