Failed to use the release V1.0.3

Hello,

I downloaded the .tar.gz in order to install the new version of TTC (1.0.3) locally on my computer but it failed.
Please find the warning :

PS : I work without internet access

Reproduce the offline installation with uv pip install torchTextClassifiers-1.0.3.tar.gz and inspect the package metadata in the release archive. Done means the built metadata reports version 1.0.3 instead of 0.0.0.dev0 and the tarball installs successfully without internet access.
