Description:
CodePipeline and workflows should not run, if changes have only been made to md, spec.ts, and .gitignore files.
ToDo List:
- Update both workflows to include a paths-ignore
- Update CodePipeline to include a filter.
Acceptance Criteria
- Pipeline should not trigger when changes have only taken place in md, spec files, and .gitignore files.
- Pipeline should still trigger on other file changes
