Animal - non-reproductive reproductive mass

There exists a "non-reproductive" animal trait intended to control the behaviour of the larval phase of indirect developing functional groups. Currently, there is no barrier to them storing reproductive mass despite not reproducing.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Review the current interaction between the non-reproductive functional groups and reproductive mass. Decide whether this needs a hard-coded solution before implementing one.
