A series of functions from the Madingley foraging framework still have obscure names like "w_bar_i_j". These functions are found in animal_cohorts and scaling_functions.
Functions in need of renaming are marked with TODOs.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
The names need to be updated to descriptive names and have the Madingley parameter name clearly in the docstring.
