post release cleanups

Post release, the following needs to be done

* swap to new galil driver on all/selected
* MUONFE - check where TekOSC is loaded, need to tell it to use MEASURE ratehr than SCAN
* hide streaming DAE perspective

HIFI-CRYOMAG, IRIS_SETUP are currently offline so not been able to check for unsaved local changes yet

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Break the checklist into independently verifiable tasks: swapping the Galil driver, checking MUONFE's TekOSC loading and rate setting, and hiding the streaming DAE perspective; completion requires each item to be verified, while HIFI-CRYOMAG and IRIS_SETUP remain unavailable for local-change checks.
