IBEX: presets for detector live view

# Feature Description

As a SANS user I would like there to be some presets available for the detector live view. This would enable less experienced users to know what the "usual" configuration for this view is on a given instrument and return to it.

The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the detector live view and its instrument-specific configuration, then determine how presets should be selected and restored. Done means the agreed usual configurations are available as presets for the relevant instruments and can be verified in the live view.
