GUI: Resetting the scripting layout loses the console window potentially

As a user, I am experiencing a missing scripting console window which is causing an inability to see what would be in there, or to script anything goign forward.

### How & Where?
- Testing some older tickets I moved the scripting console window, so it was under the blocks.
- Pressing reset layout removed the console from the wrong place, but didn't put it in the right place. It is now missing completely

# Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] When resetting the layout of the scripting perspective the console returns to the appropriate location
- [ ] If the above is not possible, disable the reset layout button when scripting is the active perspective
