[IOC]: Consistent pattern for DB files for all IOCs

# Issue Description
As a developer, we would like to have one consistent scheme for defining/searching the db files.

Right now we have two patterns for db/dbd files defined for IOCs in terms of where they are created/kept. It seems the older scheme was to keep them in \ioc\master folder while the newer scheme is to define them in \support\IOCNAME\master\**_db-and-dbd_** folder.
It would be more convenient if we impose consistency and move all db files from the old scheme to the new scheme.

It is hoped that for most of the IOC the change will be small and constitute definite steps. Therefore it may be possible to code a bat file or a java/c/python program to execute these steps for a large number of IOCs.

# Acceptance Criteria
- All DB/DBD files are moved to the support subfolders
- The existing IOC tests should pass (with path based modifications if required)
- The IOCs should correctly run/load in IBEX
- No failures in executing the system tests

# How to Review
- Check DB/DBD files have been moved from ioc/master to support/IOCXXX subfolder as expected
- Check system tests for the IOC work as expected
- Check OPIs for the IOC load in IBEX as before the changes.

Inizia facendo l'inventario dei file DB/DBD nelle cartelle ioc/master e support/IOCNAME/master di ogni IOC, quindi individua i riferimenti ai percorsi che devono essere aggiornati. Usa i test IOC esistenti e i test di sistema per verificare lo spostamento e controlla che gli IOC e i relativi OPI continuino a caricarsi correttamente in IBEX.
