Squish Tests: IOC restart behaviour

As a developer I would like to verify the following behaviour using Squish:

- Add an IOC to a configuration with Auto-Restart enabled.
- Run the command `console -M localhost IOCNAME` `` to restart the IOC.
- Verify that the IOC has restarted.

- Add an IOC with Auto-Restart enabled and an IOC with Auto-Restart disabled.
- Restart each IOC from the `Start/stop IOCs` dialog.
- Verify that both IOCs have restarted.

- Add the SIMPLE IOC to a configuration with Auto-Start and Auto-Restart enabled.
- Use the command `caput %MYPVPREFIX%SIMPLE:CRASHVALUE 1` to crash the IOC.
- Verify that the IOC has restarted and no debug prompt has appeared.

#### Additional info:
Could use logs to verify a restart. Procserv publishes PVs for start/stop so we don't need to use console.

Inizia individuando i test Squish esistenti per la configurazione dell’IOC, il comando della console e la finestra di dialogo Start/stop IOCs. Esegui gli scenari di crash Auto-Restart e SIMPLE IOC elencati, usando i log o procserv start/stop PVs per verificare i riavvii. Il lavoro è completato quando tutti e tre i workflow confermano il comportamento di riavvio previsto e dopo il crash non compare alcun prompt di debug.
