Squish Tests: IOC changes done through configuration propagate

As a developer I would like to verify the following behaviour using Squish:

- Edit the current configuration by adding IOC, changing IOC macro(s) and IOC PV value(s).
- Verify that changes have propagated to IOC.
- Create another configuration and add IOC, change IOC macro(s) and IOC PV value(s).
- Load the configuration.
- Verify that changes have propagated to IOC.

Could use scripting to get the macro/PV values.

Start by locating the existing Squish tests for configuration and IOC workflows, then identify how configuration edits and IOC macro/PV values are currently inspected. Add coverage for editing the current configuration and creating/loading another configuration, including verification that each change reaches the IOC. Run the relevant Squish test suite and confirm both scenarios pass.
