GUI OPIs: Use the served OPIs instead of those in the client code tree

As someone developing OPIs for use in the IBEX client, I want to be able to get the OPIs from the server (see https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/6562 for the discussion), once these are served (see #7090) the client should be altered to use those OPIs instead of the ones in the client repo

## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] The client uses the served OPIs
- [ ] The OPIs in the GUI repo, and the mechanism to copy them from the server OPI repo into the GUI repo, are no longer available

Esamina prima la discussione nell’issue #6562 e il lavoro sugli OPI lato server in #7090. Traccia il modo in cui il client ottiene attualmente gli OPI e il modo in cui vengono copiati nel repository GUI.
