Description
As a developer I would like to keep our test runner up to date with the latest PLC code, though updating the module to the current `master` branch seems to break building a PLC for some reason.

- [ ] Talk to the motion team about why this could be
- [ ] Fix it and update BeckhoffTestRunner
### Extra Information
I don't have a stack trace to hand but when building it moaned about a pneumatic axis - it seems this may have been added into the most recent version of the code and has become the default for an axis type?
