Beschreibung
As a developer I would like the ORC code on WISH and LET/MERLIN to be as similar as possible or documented and any differences that are required to be documented.
Currently, the differences are listed in https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/ibex_developers_manual/wiki/MERLIN,-LET-and-WISH-Oscillating-radial-collimators#wish-specifics.

What is the acceptance criteria?
- [ ] Code between the two ORCs is harmonised
- [ ] Where this is not possible more detail is added to the wiki as to why they can't be harmonised
