SKF Chopper: Add macros to config.xml

As a developer/support person I would like to be able to easily set up an SKF chopper. Currently the way to set it up is to set macros in the globals.txt. As these macros are not listed in the config.xml they do not appear in the GUI and so it is not obvious what needs to be set.

* The macros for the SKF Chopper are listed in it's config.xml

Individua la config.xml di SKF Chopper e confronta le voci attuali con le macro utilizzate in globals.txt. Aggiungi a config.xml le macro mancanti di SKF Chopper, in modo che siano elencate e visibili nella GUI, quindi verifica che la configurazione venga caricata correttamente.
