genie_python: area detector aware

As a scientists I wouldlike to be able to access the "area detector" like DAE information as used by live view, this would help with experiments and aligning on e.g. reflectometry

- able to access and manipulate array of all spectra in genie python with acceptable performance

- would epics v4 help here
- also what about mantid etc.

Start by locating the genie_python code and existing DAE or live view access paths. Review how spectra are currently exposed and whether the issue's EPICS v4 or Mantid notes affect the approach. Done means genie Python can access and manipulate the full array of spectra with acceptable performance, but the issue does not name tests or entry points.
