Ensure IOC macro default values displayed in the GUI are clearly understood

As an IBEX user I want my IOC macro setting to be intuitive so that I don't get confused about my defaults

1. The use of macro names and defaults is well described on the wiki
1. The LS460 matches those standards

1. The page above might already exist, in which case the LS460 needs to match it
1. The confusion came when connecting an LS460 that in the IOC setup had `PARITY` using a `{default}` value, `Use Default?` was True, and the default was listed as `odd`. In the `st-common.cmd` when setting parity this was listed as `$(PARITY=even)`. When the IOC was ran it used `even` parity, and errored. Hotfixing that line in the `st-common.cmd` meant that odd was picked up.
1. It needs to be clear in the wiki that this should match the `cmd` defaults, or if it is possible/desirable to have the default in the XML be different, then the default being used needs to be picked up correctly - as in the value listed in the XML.
