IMAT: issues with nGEM detector ioc

There seems to be an issue with the latest nGEM code, but it may be an EPICS 7 issue. The PVs

IN:IMAT:NGEM_01:_INSTRUN
IN:IMAT:NGEM_01:DATAMODE:SP
```
were showing as write fail to the IOC, but importantly they were not getting files renamed. The INSTRUN and INSTNAME pv used to pull run numbers did not seem to be pushing values to asyn. I reverted to a pre-epics 7 build as this seems to be working.

Inizia riproducendo i fallimenti di scrittura per IN:IMAT:NGEM_01:_INSTRUN e IN:IMAT:NGEM_01:DATAMODE:SP con le build più recenti di nGEM ed EPICS 7. Confronta il comportamento di PV-to-asyn e il comportamento di ridenominazione dei file con la build precedente a EPICS 7, quindi aggiungi un test di regressione che copra il problema e verifica i criteri di accettazione.
