Reflectometry: Desirable

There is a list of non-essential changes in ISISComputingGroup/IBEX#5652 that scientists would like. This is an umbrella ticket and a reminder that these things that need to be looked at.

### Acceptance Criteria:

#### Motors:

- [ ] Inappropriate retry deadband set from migration (seem to be too large, e.g. super mirror)
- needed for next instrument

#### Reflectometry Server:

- [ ] Sometimes big delays seen on POLREF between clicking move and motors starting to move ISISComputingGroup/EPICS-refl#75

#### Scans:

- [ ] `last_scan()` fails. `last_scan(file)` works, but fit seems to fail sometimes (y and e arrays not of same size)
- [moderate]
- [x] Label graph x axis and put units on both axes
- The pv has no units so this needs to be sorted then the units will appear on graph (this also gives rise to issue)
- The axes do already have labels and units but in compact view they are off the screen
- [x] Write data from scan while scanning so it is there even after an abort
- [ ] Check that MRES read on server init is delayed if motor does not exist (rare)
- [x] make points smaller

#### UI:
- [ ] Spectra on detector diagnostics limited to show 256 at a time - scientists would like more (ideally, all of them but this is limited by data rate in the ICP) would like 644
- [x] Live view straight and pixel vs time of flight
- [ ] Flickering moving state caused by fluctuation position reported by encoder
- [x] Alignment tab should be disabled/removed if not in manager mode (try putting tab at end)
- [x] Graph did not update until clicked on
- [ ] Vertical mode on POLREF Height2 removed, Trans2 added

#### Misc

- [ ] Alarm status of blocks with wrong case is not reported (says it can not be found)
- [ ] Way of interrupting script at a given date/time, maybe in waitfor
