Following on from https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/5481, create a second instance for the remainder of the IOCs:

Whilst creating the first set, I found
```
"cd ..\{0} && makeBaseApp.pl -t ioc {0}-IOC-02 && makeBaseApp.pl -i -t ioc {0}-IOC-02".format(IOCName)
```
useful, along with the python library pyperclip to copy it directly to my clipboard, saving retyping it constantly.

Review issue 5481 first to understand the initial IOC instances, then use the makeBaseApp.pl command shown in this issue for each unchecked IOC. Confirm that every listed IOC has a second instance ending in IOC-02 and that each generated instance builds successfully.
