IBEX_GUI: opi_check_format script should not fail common practices

When performing an OPI format test using the `opi_check_format` script certain tests are failing against standard features we use, for example:

- "Label ends in a colon": In a tabulated format this test should not fail
- "Sentence case": Often device specific names (i.e., TSet) fail against this

Feel free to add others if needed.

This can be achieved by either adding standards for how we encapsulate these things. An example would be to have object name prefixes that can be parsed in the script to identify its nature.

Start with the `opi_check_format` script and reproduce the failures for tabulated labels and device-specific names such as `TSet`. Review how the script identifies accepted GUI elements and establish standards for these cases; done means the format check no longer fails on accepted GUI elements.
