Log plotter: show progress of archive fetch

As a cryogenics technician, I am interested in plotting data in the ibex client over a long time period (e.g. weeks). The plotting works fine, but there is a delay as the client pulls the relevant data from the instrument over the network. I would like visual feedback about the progress of this task (or even just an indicator that something is running).

I think this should be possible as I believe CSS uses the eclipse jobs API, we should be able to hook into that API and display jobs in progress.

Start by tracing the IBEX client's log-plot fetch path and inspecting how CSS uses the Eclipse jobs API. Confirm whether active jobs can be exposed to the plotting UI, then add progress or running-state feedback for long archive fetches. Done means a multi-week fetch visibly indicates that work is in progress and the feedback clears when it finishes.
