HIFI Cryomag: Extend compressors functionality

As an instrument scientist, I want to be able to see more metrics provided by the CP2800 compressors.

These include water, oil, and helium temperatures, as well as the average high and low pressures of the compressor.

These are already provided by the IOC taken from MICE, but will need to be adapted to IBEX style and have the usual macros substituted. The new functionality should of course be tested.

Acceptance criteria:
* [ ] IOC can read water temperature
* [ ] IOC can read oil temperature
* [ ] IOC can read helium temperature
* [ ] IOC can read high side average pressure
* [ ] IOC can read low side average pressure
* [ ] All new PVs tested

Inizia individuando l’IOC CP2800 esistente derivata da MICE e i corrispondenti adattamenti in stile IBEX. Esamina come vengono sostituite le sue macro, quindi implementa e testa i PVs per le temperature dell’acqua, dell’olio e dell’elio, oltre alle pressioni medie dei lati ad alta e bassa pressione; il lavoro è completato quando tutti i PV elencati sono leggibili e tutti i nuovi PV hanno dei test.
