MK3 Chopper: Update multiple MK3 chopper OPI

As a user, I want the multiple MK3 chopper OPI to be updated to show only the connected choppers and the names of the choppers on the correct chopper tabs. Also, when I click on a chopper in a synoptic, then the relevant tab is opened. This will make it is easier for me to control my choppers.

### Acceptance Criteria:

- [ ] Only the connected choppers are shown in the OPI - the rest are greyed out.
- [ ] The name of the chopper is on the relevant chopper tab in the OPI.
- [ ] When I click on a chopper in a synoptic, the relevant tab of the MK3 chopper OPI is opened.

### Notes:

- The OPI for the SKF G5 Chopper implements all of these.
- Found while reviewing #3446.
