Descrizione
As an HRPD instrument scientist, I want to be able to connect to my USB RAMAN spectrometer so that I can control the spectrometer using IBEX.
This ticket is for testing the USB to ethernet devices to connect the RAMAN spectrometer to the network.
More information can be found on the [wiki](https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/ibex_developers_manual/wiki/RAMAN-Spectrometer) about how we will interface with the device and minutes of meetings with instrument scientists.
