GUI: Exiting Manager Mode should close protected OPIs

As an instrument scientist, I would like to be confident that when I exit "Manager Mode" in the IBEX client, the protected OPIs I had open are closed.

This was noticed during testing of the new `mymotor.opi` when the detailed motor OPI was opened, but may be present in other situations (e.g. jaws manager OPIs).

To reproduce (for motors):

1. Enter Manager Mode.
2. Open the `mymotors.opi`, for example from the Motors perspective.
3. Click on the `More details...` button to open the detailed panel.
4. Exit Manager Mode.
5. The detailed motor OPI remains open and operable.

Reproduce the issue from the Motors perspective using mymotors.opi, then open the detailed motor OPI through “More details...” and inspect the Manager Mode exit handling. Done means exiting Manager Mode closes the protected detailed OPI and it is no longer operable; repeat the scenario for other protected OPIs such as jaws manager panels if available.
