globals.txt does not support same line comments

As I scientists I would like to be able to write

DFKPS_01__FACTOR_WRITE_I=1000 #this sets up the current in A for the power supply for the GMW#2

without the comment being added to the macro.

Note: would need to check existing globals.txt to make sure nobody was relying on this feature for a string macro
