RIKEN Front End: GUI interface to the changeover logic

As an instrument scientist I want to be able to trigger the changeover logic sequences from my GUI

**Acceptance Criteria**
1. There is a button to allow this
1. There is a mechanism available to the LabVIEW VIs that allows this to be done as one button press from there as well

Start by locating the RIKEN front end and the LabVIEW VIs that implement the changeover logic. Determine how a GUI button and a single LabVIEW action can trigger the sequences, then verify that both acceptance criteria work with one button press.
