Autosave: consider whether we should always be saving devIOCstats

Currently every IOC autosaves a number of DB records from devIOCstats.

This ticket should investigate:
- Whether it is necessary/beneficial in any way to autosave these fields
- Whether the autosave file for devIOCstats can be split from the autosave file for "our" db records

If it is determined that it would be beneficial to do this, a new ticket should be created to apply this to all of our IOCs.

Non sono indicati file, test o punti di ingresso. Esamina la gestione attuale dell’autosave per devIOCstats e determina se è necessario salvare questi campi e se il relativo file di autosave può essere separato dai record DB del progetto.
