Descrizione

As a scientist, I want to be warned if I am using a calibration file beyond its notional range, but I don't want my experiment to be interrupted.

#### Acceptance Criteria
1. If I use a calibration file beyond its notional range, I want the system to continue collecting data without interruption.
1. If I use a calibration file beyond its notional range, I want the situation to be logged (as a WARNING message).
1. If I use a calibration file beyond its notional range, I want to be notified (so that I am aware of the situation).

#### Notes
1. Using a calibration file beyond its notional range means extrapolating (as opposed to interpolating) the data in the file.
1. The system should log the fact that the calibration file is being used beyond its notional range - for future reference.
The log entry should be classified as a WARNING.
1. The system could pop-up a message to inform the user, but this could be irritating if it happens on each run. It might be that logging the message is sufficient.
1. In any event, using a calibration file beyond its notional range, should not interrupt the collection of data. If the scientist has selected the wrong calibration file or is pushing the extrapolation too far, that is for him/her to resolve.
