[Feature Request] Disable proxy

Some people in China needs access blocked sites via a proxy. But if you set a system proxy, ZeroNet will connect to other peers via proxy. Some proxy's bandwidth is limited and can't open a FileServer port, so we need a argument to disable proxy.
