Research direction

Start with the reported installation and Tor activation steps, then review the linked FAQ entry about Tor meek bridges and the latest bundle instructions. Reproduce the connection-refused, tracker-error, and no-peers messages; the issue is done when the client connects to Tor and services no longer report tracker or content download failures.
