Trigger LAN connected nodes to update site on content publish.

When I post from one of my two devices on the same LAN, the other device does not automatically update in a timely fashion. I think that when I post on ZeroTalk, for instance, that my other device needs to update at least that one site so then I don't risk overwriting my posts from the first device with the second device.
