Updating notifications

### Step 2: Describe the problem:
There is a problem with updating from older version. The message on Hello page and Update page shows misleading information that Zeronet bundle is up to date. Both Hello and Update page should provide information that manual update actions are required. Also link to instructions.
If user doesn't follow Zeronet development is not even aware of the newer version and potential security issues of older version.

首先打开 Hello Zeronet 页面和 issue 中给出的 URL 对应的 Update 页面，使用旧版本状态来复现误导性消息。跟踪两个页面显示 bundle 状态的位置，并确定需要链接到的更新说明。完成的标准是两个页面都说明需要手动执行更新操作，并提供说明链接。
