Description
Hello,
on a zite i used an option to help seed all newly submitted optional files of a a certain user.
Now since the user submitted more content recently, i am having 15000 queued files shown in ZeroHello site list for that site and it is very slow to download these.
If there are more users like me attempting to download same user files, can zeronet randomize the queue so every leecher downloads different file at a time? (maybe it works like that already) Target is that if initial seeder do not complete seeding of all files, maybe there will be more complete files available.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the queued optional-file download handling and determine whether downloads are selected in a fixed order; done means concurrent leechers can receive different queued files while the requested files continue to be downloaded reliably.
