### Step 2: Describe the problem:
There is a gap in creating a new zero blog: I have “Congratulations!” but when I’m trying to publish the one (via ZeroNet.exe) I have two notifications: “Content publish failed.”; “No peers found, but your content is ready to access.” It doesn’t matter if a port is open/closed.
When I’m trying to do the same via ZeroNet.com I see in console window (after signing): "/content.json write failed: WindowsError: [Error 32] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process: u'C:/Portable/ZeroNet
