greenlet.py, worker.py - UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe1 in position 13: ordinal not in range(128)

The merger site is not loading content from hubs, so i taken a look into debug.log and found some errors that MAY be related:

There is also other error that is for that particular content i want to open:

Rebuilding database of the merger site & zeronet restart does not help. And on the hub (that seem to me having issue), it do not show anything in the site's zero menu - corner button)
