Description

### Step 1: Please describe your environment

* ZeroNet version: rev3844
* Operating system: W10
* Web browser: FF66

### Step 2: Describe the problem:

On a static .html page of my zite i see notification:

1 modified file
data/users/content.json (Sign & Publish)

I clicked the sign & publish button, it published to like 4 peers. But not disappeared. I clicked to update zeronet to latest rev (3844), and mentioned .html page still shows same notice after i refreshed it, and after i click its sign & publishing button it does not disappear, on page refresh it is still there. I think it is an error. It appeared also on other dynamic site even after i published content on it and on dynamic sites i think this pop-up is useless? (because i already signed and published using the button to submit my comment or such?

If you need any further details, let me know what i need to do. Thank you

Research direction

Start by reproducing the persistent “1 modified file” notification on a static .html page and on a dynamic site after using Sign & Publish, then compare behavior before and after refreshing. Done means the notification accurately reflects whether data/users/content.json still needs publishing, or no longer appears when publishing has completed.
