Description
Basically some way for an application to interact with their site,
say i have a zerome command line client, it still needs a way to interact with the merger of zerome, but the client itself has no sites
or for example i have a zerotalk GUI, it still needs a way to read and write to zerotalk's address
how can we allow non web applications that "owns" no site to access/modify the site
Sure you can just forcefully write to the directory then use zeronet.py to publish but i dont think that's any streamlined or ideal
say to phrase mergers you would have more work to do now

Piste de recherche
Start by reviewing zeronet.py and the existing directory-based publishing flow described in the issue. Trace how sites are currently read, modified, merged, and published, then define what a streamlined API must expose for clients that own no site; completion would require an agreed design and an implementation path for both command-line and GUI clients.
