[Question] How to manually seed big file

I uploaded [this video](http://127.0.0.1:43110/big.kopykate.bit/?Video=1536533563_13dXCedB1ZW1bcbAvEsjRtHNTV7DWjSTAy) to KopyKate on [a proxy](https://0net.io), but the upload failed and video listed.
I manually renamed video and moved to my user folder, but on my ZeroNet it yet shows 0 peers and seed button doesn't works, even I having the file. How to manually pin/seed it?
