[requirement] A mechanism to find a site back like bitcoin wallet

There is always a chance that someone lose their private key file but want to find a site back.
Bitcoin wallets use several key words to help recovering a wallet. Please think about it on ZeroNet.
Digital property on ZeroNet is also valuable.

No implementation files, tests, or entry points are identified. First clarify the proposed recovery mechanism, its security and ownership model, and how it would apply to lost ZeroNet private key files; done would require an agreed design and documented acceptance criteria before implementation.
